Member Resource Group
LGBTQ+

This group is committed to building a community within IAAP by connecting our LGBTQ+ members and allies through education, advocacy, and professional development.

This group will support IAAP at all membership levels and leadership to contribute positively to the greater IAAP community by creating a safe space for members to freely express their ideas and opinions.

Rand Lunceford

Started his career as an administrative professional at Lagoon Amusement Park. There, he worked in several positions for the Rides Department, including Haunted Attractions Management, Office Assistant Manager, and Office Manager. Currently, Rand works as an Executive Assistant at a Non-Profit called Friends of the Children – Utah, where they provide mentors to youth who have faced adverse childhood experiences. He also serves on the Discovery Gateway Children’s Museum’s “Kids at Heart Young Professionals Board” as the board secretary and volunteers for the Trevor Project as a Crisis Counselor. Rand lives in Utah and enjoys theater, music, and art whenever possible.
